IEVC2026 | Call for Sponsors

IEVC2026 offers three sponsorship tiers: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Gold sponsors, for a sponsorship fee of JPY 330,000 (tax included), are entitled to an intermission video presentation of approximately three minutes, an exhibition booth space of approximately 6 square meters, three complimentary conference registrations, large logo placement on the conference website and conference materials, and flyer distribution to participants.

Silver sponsors, for a sponsorship fee of JPY 110,000 (tax included), are entitled to an intermission video presentation of approximately one minute, a table-top exhibition space, one complimentary conference registration, medium logo placement on the conference website and conference materials, and flyer distribution to participants.

Bronze sponsors, for a sponsorship fee of JPY 55,000 (tax included), are entitled to small logo placement on the conference website and conference materials, and flyer distribution to participants. Intermission video presentation, exhibition booth space, and complimentary conference registrations are not included in this tier.
