• The proceedings are under consideration to be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
• The Journal Track Submission has been cancelled.
• The length of Late Breaking Papers is limited to 1 page.
• Important dates are deferred for a couple of weeks and Pre-entry is not required.
(2025/10/1) Technical co-sponsorship from the IEEE Consumer Technology Society has been confirmed.
(2025/10/5) The submission deadline for general papers has been extended.
(2025/10/8) Papers accepted in the general papers category will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
