(2025/12/24) The camera-ready formatting guidelines for papers accepted in the General Papers category have been emailed to the authors.

(2025/12/24) The registration site will be opened in mid-January 2026.

(2025/12/22) The conference will be held in a hybrid format; however, the poster session will be conducted in person only.

(2025/12/22) All papers accepted in the Late Breaking Papers category will be presented as posters.

(2025/12/22) Notifications of acceptance or rejection for submissions to the General Papers category were sent on December 19.

(2025/10/8) 3rd call for papers

(2025/10/8) Papers accepted in the general papers category will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

(2025/10/1) Technical co-sponsorship from the IEEE Consumer Technology Society has been confirmed.

(2025/9/8) 2nd call for papers

• The Journal Track Submission has been cancelled.
• The length of Late Breaking Papers is limited to 1 page.
• Important dates are deferred for a couple of weeks and Pre-entry is not required.
