Registration Registration fees Accommodation and Tours
Registration
(1) Please check the Registration fees at the bottom of the page.
(2) Please fill in the required information in the registration system (click here) and send it. At least one of the authors for each paper is required to register by July 30th, 2021.
(3) IEVC2021 has been changed to be held completely online. If you have already transferred the onsite fee, we will contact you later. Also, those applied Onsite do not need to re-register Online. (Updated on August 17, 2021)
(3) Please remit the total amount of a registration fee and additional ticket fees (lunch banquet, bus excursion tour, and airport bus) to the following bank account in Japanese yen. For bank-transfer, any handling charges at sending/incoming banks will be at your expense. Please note that the transfer deadline for Early-Bird and Standard Registrations fees is August 31st, 2021. Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellation requests will be accepted after the registration.
Registration type (onsite / online) is not changeable after the registration. (However, changes from online to onsite may be accepted depending on the number of participants. If you wish to make such a change, please contact the secretariat at ievc2021_reg@iieej.org by August 23rd, 2021.)
