- Due to the extension of the COVID-19 state of emergency issued for Tokyo and other areas until September 12, 2021, and the worsening of the COVID-19 infection situation nationwide, the IEVC2021 Organizing Committee has decided to hold IEVC2021 in a fully online format.
- We contact you by e-mail for those who have already transferred the registration fee for onsite participation. If you have already registered for onsite participation, you do not need to re-register for online participation.
- At least one of the authors for each paper is required to register in Registration & Accommodation by July 30th, 2021.
