Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A, for a total of 20 minutes. Speakers are kindly requested to keep strictly to the allotted time to ensure smooth transitions between concurrent sessions.
Please use your own laptop computer for your presentation. We kindly ask you to check in advance that your computer functions properly, preferably before the start of your session (e.g., during the break).
As IEVC 2026 will be held in a hybrid format, all presenters, including those presenting on-site, are required to connect to Zoom and share their screens during their presentations. For presenters attending on-site, please ensure that your microphone and speakers are turned off while connected to Zoom to avoid audio feedback.
Wi-Fi login credentials (ID and password) for on-site presenters will be provided at the venue as needed. Further details will be announced at the registration desk upon arrival.
Zoom connection details will be shared through the Discord server for IEVC 2026 participants. The invitation link to the Discord server can be found in the email titled “Important Announcements for IEVC 2026 Participants”, which was sent to participants on March 5.
